How It Works
Phase 1
Pre-Diet:
We prepare your body for a successful diet with intentional metabolic support (yes sometimes that even means more food) to set you up for a successful phase 2, the diet itself! There is nothing more frustrating than committing to a diet with zero results to show for it. Spoiler alert, you likely missed this phase in your prior diets. How long you spend here varies from individual to individual and will rely heavily upon your dieting history. Exactly why this work is so personal!
Phase 2
Diet:
Everyone’s favorite part . . . the diet. And no that isn’t code for giving up sugar, gluten, joy, and fun.
This is where we make an intentional drop to your calories without you feeling like you’re so hungry you could eat your first born. We also manipulate your training to complement your nutrition program. The custom combination ensures your diet is well-rounded, sustainable, and that it will actually work - yes, while leaving room for life!
Phase 3
Post-Diet:
The phase that NO ONE is telling you about. The “reverse diet” or post-diet phase. When you hit your goal weight, slip into the jeans, feel confident and energized, basically picking your jaw up off the floor you look so good . . . you are not done. Immediately post-diet, you’re at your greatest risk to put those pounds back on (like you’ve done countless times before), so we implement this essential phase so you get to KEEP the results you worked so hard for!

Great question, and the answer is simple. Virtually. Instead of you having to fight traffic after a long shift trying to make it to your 45 minute class or session with a trainer at a gym, you get to implement your custom fitness programs (videos included), nutrition guidelines, and more on your own schedule. Think of us as your health and fitness Siri, in your phone and 1 message away from answering your questions to ensure your forward progress.

That’s more of a question for you. Are you willing to learn how to do it while busy? If the answer is yes, then my answer is yes too! Think about it this way… if you only learn how to take care of yourself when your schedule is calm, you’ll never keep your results when your schedule gets busy again. The fix? Learn how to DO THIS while busy… while your schedule is unpredictable and unforgiving, and that my friend, is how it is going to stick.

Get in line. Kidding, well, kind of. I was the QUEEN of failed diet this, another program that didn’t work for me that (Coach Hannah here), so I understand your frustration AND your reservations, having been there myself. What I can tell you is that YOU are not generic, and your program shouldn’t be either. Many clients we have coaching to “I wonder what she does” results came to us in the aftermath of a failed program or from another coach that didn’t get them the results they wanted. You’re not broken, you just need a program and tailored support as unique as you, and that is exactly what our private coaching provides and we would love to support you.

No, you don’t need a gym membership to Globo Gym (dodgeball anyone?) or anything fancy, but you do need something. I hate to break it to you, but “resistance training” with weights you found in your grandma's basement that are lighter than the purse you lug around isn’t resistance training, and not going to cut it. We recommend having access to a gym (even work or apartment gyms are great, it doesn't need to be big), or a home gym set up where you have at least a bench, dumbbells of varying weights, and some bands. We are happy to make equipment recommendations to augment your home set up to maximize results… and no, that doesn’t mean you need to buy an entire squat rack for your condo haha!

Yes it is! So glad you asked. We will assist you in submitting a brief form to acquire a letter of medical necessity that upon approval, you can use to reimburse funds from your HSA or FSA account accordingly.
