  • This will vary a bit day to day, but on average, if you plan on keeping up with the daily modules, you can anticipate spending anywhere from 5-15 minutes on the material Monday-Friday. We know you are BUSY, so we deliver the material in straight forward, easy to digest modules. And if you get behind, they are easy to catch up on over the weekends which may prior participants have enjoyed doing.

  • Not a problem at all. You will ALWAYS have the opportunity to submit questions prior to the live calls, so even if you can’t attend, you can rest assured your question will be answered and you will have access to all call recordings within 24 hours of each call.

  • Not a problem at all. We have guided real estate agents, business owners, insurance brokers, you name it, to success in our protocol course. Read their stories here. You won’t be an outliner at all, you very much belong and are welcome here! 

  • I’m so glad you asked! You will get a weekly summary AT THE END OF EVERY WEEK in your inbox with all of the material summarized and any pertinent video recordings linked for your convenience. You will also receive a full course summary at the end of the 5 weeks, so put simply, you’ll always have access to what you learned. The access that IS limited to the 5 week course is the app in which you’ll be enjoying the community forum and tracking pertinent metrics, but I’ll let you in on a little secret… After completion of our protocol course, you are eligible for our exclusive Physique Triage Alumni Membership to stay plugged in with us, get ongoing app access, support, workouts and more for a fraction of the cost of the course itself!

  • It is the million dollar question and “it depends.” Where I want to be crystal clear is that this is an educational course teaching you HOW to lose weight and manage it independently… for good. This is not a shred, a bootcamp, an eat as little as possible and stave you into oblivion “group challenge” where you’ll drop 5 pounds quickly and then pack on 9 when you take 1 weekend off. This is where you LEARN and build the foundation of long term weight loss. If you’re looking for “get skinny quick no matter the cost” and don’t care if the weight comes right back on, this is not the place for you.

  • No, you don’t need a gym membership to Globo Gym  (dodgeball anyone?) or anything fancy, but you do need something. I hate to break it to you, but “resistance training” with weights you found in your grandma's basement that are lighter than the purse you lug around isn’t resistance training, and not going to cut it. We recommend having access to a gym (even work or apartment gyms are great, it doesn't need to be big), or a home gym set up where you have at least a bench, dumbbells of varying weights, and some bands. We are happy to make equipment recommendations to augment your home set up to maximize results… and no, that doesn’t mean you need to buy an entire squat rack for your condo haha!

  • Yes! That is the beauty of this course. We’re not giving you generic “eat more protein girl!” fluffy advice that sounds like a bumper sticker. We teach you HOW to structure your eating - yes foods YOU enjoy - in a way that leaves you feeling satisfied, energized, empowered… and can get you the weight loss or strength development you’re seeking.

  • My favorite question! There is a big difference between clinical and practical nutrition… and just because something has sound clinical backing doesn’t mean it is practical for us mere mortals who don’t have time to shop at fresh-organic-humanely-raised-we-only-eat-the-best-stuff stores or the time to prep a 37 ingredient dinner. To be blunt, if your medical degree made you an expert in weight loss and weight management, you wouldn’t even be reading this, your pants would fit better, and your ID badge wouldn’t be you a good 15+ pounds ago. Trust me… boy do I get it. “I know what to do I just need to hold myself more accountable” was my tagline for years… and I stayed overweight. It wasn’t until I realized my medical degree did not make me a weight loss expert and I hired a professional that I found the success that started this entire business. And now, I’m that professional who gets it, gets you, and is ready to teach you ALL of it.

  • Yes it is! So glad you asked. We will assist you in submitting a brief form to acquire a letter of medical necessity that upon approval, you can use to reimburse funds from your HSA or FSA account accordingly.
